We are not responsible for damage during shipping. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects of any kind as some of our items are marked B grade. We cannot control manufacturing quality of the items they produce or box condition as items are backdoor.
What is B Grade?
B Grade has nothing to do with weather the shoe is real or fake. They are made in the same factory and with the same material. B Grade simply means that there may be a small flaw that was significant enough to be picked up by QC. (For example a skipped stitch or slightly damaged in factory during production.)

Orders take 5-7 days to process and are shipped USPS, FEDEX or DHL.
All in-stock orders are typically sent within 2-3 business days for processing.
Normal shipping time is between 5-7 business days. Due to COVID-19 shipping may take between 7-15 business days. Please do not bombard us with emails about shipping, we will update you with tracking information when that information is provided to us.
Tracking numbers will be provided via email or text once the order processes for shipping.
Should there be any delays on Mango Yummy Bar, you will be notified via email or text.

*After the package has been delivered: If the mistake was yours, the seller is not responsible for your order being sent to the wrong address. You can still contact the seller to see if he or she is willing to help. You can also try contacting the shipping service to see if the carrier would be willing to send someone to retrieve the package and deliver it to the correct address. If the item is returned to the seller, you can ask the seller to send it to the correct address.
